The baseline of any effective team is communication. When you are responsible for keeping the team aligned in complex conditions, how do you bring people with you, offer effective feedback clearly, and inspire improved performance? Coaching is a key competency for doing so. Please bring a case study about how and where you might like to apply your deepened coaching toolkit, if you’d like, to come away with something you can use straight away.
Intended for: Business owners, managers, employees in leadership positions
In this class you will:
Deepen coaching competencies to create trust, efficacy and responsiveness within your small business or organization- from troubleshooting to developing entrepreneurial mindsets to meaningful recognition and beyond
Consider ways to share and cultivate these with your team/ staff - Bring a case study and consider practical next steps for your unique case
You will leave this workshop with:
Coaching skills to create breakthrough possibilities with your team
Some ways to practically apply those competencies in your specific context
