Managing Organizational Dynamics is a 4 week skill-building program with a focus on organizational management, coaching skills, providing effective feedback, and navigating multiple generations in the workplace. Transformational Leadership Facilitator Chelsea Simpson will guide you through an exploration of best practice approaches to core managerial skills alongside other Island organizational leaders.

 

Focuses will include:

  1. Navigating a 6-Generation workplace

  2. Professional reviews/feedback

  3. Coaching skills 

  4. Leading edge organizational theory made simple to see your organization in a new way

 

The content will be adapted to the real life workplace challenges participants bring forward.

 

In this highly engaging program, participants will receive expert coaching and simultaneously developing their own capacity to coach each other to ultimately apply to their own organization.

About the Instructor:

Chelsea Simpson supports organizations, teams, and leaders to align their strategic vision with their practice. Through facilitation, coaching, trainings and public speaking, she has collaborated with companies and organizations the world over to create experiential learning opportunities. She is faculty with several firms including Mobius Executive Leadership, trains coaches and business leaders for certification in Daniel Goleman’s emotional intelligence work, and has been a professor at Parsons School of Design at the New School in New York City.
