This workshop is for beginners to advanced QuickBooks users, all will benefit from the training.
About the Instructor
Susan Cook is the founder and CEO of Account Ability Consulting in Cape Cod. She is known for her expertise in accounting software, in-depth training services, and warm demeanor. For over 35 years, she has supported small to mid-market businesses with their accounting software needs. Susan originally started Account Ability Consulting in 1987 as a full-service bookkeeping, tax, and payroll services firm, but soon realized that she could have the greatest impact on local businesses by specializing in custom accounting software solutions and in-depth training.
Susan is renowned for her extensive knowledge in accounting software, particularly the Intuit QuickBooks ecosystem. She is Advanced Certified in both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. She has held the esteemed title of Insightful Accountant Top 100 for ten years straight, from 2014 - 2023, as well as Top QuickBooks Desktop ProAdivsor (2021). She has been a participant in the QuickBooks Solution Provider program since 2009 and has won top awards including sales achievements for Point of Sale and Merchant Services. Susan's passion for education and problem-solving has led her to speaking opportunities at Upper Cape Cod Regional Technology School, Geek Girls Bootcamp, and Coastal Community Capital's Smart Money Workshop.
